Called “quilled” paper craft because hundreds of years ago thin strips of paper were, literally, wrapped around porcupine quills to create a figure or design, this hand-crafted ornament of an octopus features hundreds of strips of recycled magazine paper. 

Ready to hang on a tree, attach to a package, tuck into a greeting card or keep out all year as a sign of your love of the ocean.  Measures 4” tall, 4” wide.
