Stunning Turritella Agate and Sterling Silver Pendant and Chain 30280

A wonderful specimen of Turritella agate is encased in sterling silver and includes a 16” silver chain.

Turritella is not just a beautifully marbled example of agate but holds tiny fossils within the agate itself; in this case, freshwater snails dating back many  thousands of years and from what is most widely known as the Green River Formation…or, what we now know as Colorado, Wyoming and Utah.
