Small Hand-Carved Batea Dough Bowl in Natural 26062

Approximately 10” in length, a hand-carved, natural wood batea – dough bowl – perfect for multiple uses around the home.

Bateas are traditional dough bowls – typically carved by hand out of a hard wood – and used to mix and knead masa or bread dough in a kitchen. 

Still used for this purpose throughout Mexico and Latin America, they are also perfect throughout the home…to hold jewelry, soaps and toiletry items, fruit, potpourri or your keys and coins by the front door.

Our natural wood bateas are approximately 10” in length (PLEASE NOTE:  crafted by hand, sizes may vary by up to two inches) and ready to use.
