Natural Eco-Friendly Tagua Nut Earrings in Multi-Color 26477
Fun – and eco-friendly – earrings made from the tropical tagua nut. Multi-hued, wire with 3 ¼” drop.
The tagua nut, also called Ivory nut, is an indigenous tropical tree to much of South America and its nut is easy to carve and stain. Turning the nut into hand-crafted art and jewelry give the nut value that helps keep Ecuadorian locals employed and saving the trees from clear cutting.
These fun and colorful earrings have a “fiesta” feel, are light in weight and hang from silver-plated wires.
Please note: each pair of earrings is hand-made and colors and shapes may vary slightly. Please let us pick out a very special pair for you.
