Deeply Carved Jasper Pendant of a Rose

A study in contrasts, this hand-carved jasper pendant has a matte finish that wonderfully compliments its elaborate carving of an old fashioned rose. Deeply carved for a significant 3-d effect, the colors in this piece are predominantly gray-green but there are wonderful touches of mauve that only highlight the carving.
1 5/8" in length and 2" wide at its widest point towards the top.
Drilled and ready for a split ring or pinch bail, this would be lovely on its own as a pendant or incorporated into a more elaborate design.
