Carved Soapstone Roadrunner

Beep Beep!  This feisty and fast soapstone roadrunner will certainly race off with your heart...

His face, wings and feathers are beautifully delineated and his little eyes are always on the alert for Wily Coyote.

With each piece carved by hand, sizes will vary slightly but all average 1 3/8" tall and 1 3/8" long...the perfect size to serve as a good luck totem for your desk, bedside table or even your pocket.   Colors will also vary slightly based on the particular stone being carved but all are in the "coffee" shades of mocha, cream or cafe au lait or in soft, marbled grays.  Please let us pick out a very special one for you.

This little guy would also make a charming and welcome gift for someone who just needs a good laugh; remember, the roadrunner may be small but he always seems to best the bigger and stronger through the use of his nimble brain!
